DELIVERY TIME FRAME:

INSIDE DHAKA:

Once your order is confirmed, we start the processing by 12 hours and the delivery process will be completed within maximum 2 working days. The charge will be 60 taka.

OUTSIDE DHAKA:

Once your order is confirmed, we start the processing by 12 hours and the delivery process will be completed in 4 working days. A charge will be 120 taka.

DELIVERY METHOD:

We are working with well-reputed Delivery Companies in Bangladesh.

No Refund or Exchange Unless:

1. When A client receives a product and delivery is complete, the buyer has 3 days to exchange the size and inform the customer service team about any defect on the item.

2. The Faulty item might be returned within 3 days of delivery. Upon consideration by our team we will inform the customer about the product and if any request for a size exchange, damaged product or return is applicable.
